Noisy Center Armrest

Has anyone figured out how to get the center armrest to stop squeaking? I have an 09 Compass and every little bump in the road makes the darn thing makes noise. Especially when I have my arm resting on it, go figure.

ur arms are too big =p

i had the same problem with my civic before... i took everything out then try to shake it... and it went away... lol
