Noise On A Pulley

I replaced the upper idler and power steering pump. Fluids are right. Still getting a noise that sounds like a shot bearing.

Does anyone know how to isolate the culprit? I removed the belt for the first two repairs. There was no play on any of the pulley's.

Altenator was the problem. Replaced it today. Was a bit difficult to remove.
