Oh cool. My mechanic was under the impression that it was just a leveling kit for whatever reason. So any comments on how it effects the performance of the vehicle? Combined with larger tires, does it take any of the impact out of small bumps on dirt roads? Even slight road disruptions seem on pavement seem to jolt the car a bit much. And is this my only option? there is now way I can get a suspension lift?

We have a general chat session on the Lift Kits here. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f98/m...ilable-479207/

The installation instructions are here http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f98/m...lation-516202/ and you can find links to both here http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f98/q...s-more-519045/

Your tires have more to do with the rough ride, especially the low profile 18".

purchased a lift kit from Rocky Road Outfitters for my Jeep Patriot, long story short i purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and no longer need the lift kit. I have not opened the box because i got the lift kit after i sold the Patriot, so everything is brand new and untouched. Asking for $330 for the lift kit or willing to do an even trade of my Patriot lift kit for a coil lift kit for my JK (not a BB) the kit must be complete in new to good condition or trade me for something else thats worth wild make ... me some offers. You can always reference Rocky Road Outfitters website for more information, plus they have pictures with Patriot/Compass already lifted.

Nice items and the prices look reasonable - no Compass stuff.

I've considered these bumpers. My only concern was that the engine wouldn't like carrying around the extra 200 pounds regularly. How do you feel about that? Is it more sluggish? Have you lost more gas mileage?

I am a new member to the Forum, so excuse if this has been asked before.
Do they sell this type of bumper, I think it looks great - any info on where I can get one would be helpful.
The Patriot is our third Jeep and will not remain stock for long, so if you could direct me to any good venders for Patriot's will help.

Maybe they didn't pay their rent on the site because they are setting up a new one? I found this link that has the address, phone #, etc but still the link listed above doesn't work.
