Just got my 2014 Patriot with 205 70 R16 tires, can I?

Was thinking of going straight to Discount Tire and get some all terrain tires but... there are no 205 70 R16 all terrain tires, but... plenty of 215 70 R16 all terrain tires... Which I understand are about .25 inch wider and about .20 inch taller, anybody running 215?
Or any all terrain tires that you recommend?

225/70-16's should fit no issue. Even more choices!

Thanks for your help
So... In any case 215 70 R16 would be absolutely fine?

"should" is the key world. depends on the tire, not all tires are exactly the same size even though the tires are labeled the same size.

I went from 205/70 to 215/70 r16 just fine no difference at all really. 215/70s are what come on a lot of PATs FDI & FDII. The 2014 I almost Bought had them on it. I went with Terra Trac AT 2s on my 2012 FDI great on and off the Hwy so far only been on gravel roads, and some red clay sloppy mud nothing major. Will probably be going to 225/70s next go around with some General Grabber AT 2s 2012 Jeep Patriot FDI
