Issue with sound and how to rewire

I had a amp + deck in before and placed the original deck that came with the car. I also have new speakers. It seems now the rear speakers make a awful sound and distorted music comes out. I think I might of wired the inside back wrong. Is there a wiring diagram for the deck? also, is there a easy way to replace the speaker wire with a better one? Can I just tape it to the end and pull it through?
