hub assembly help ( newbie )

hey everyone , new to the forum. made this profile because my wife has a 2007 mk patriot. 2.4 limited cvt with all the goodies. alright on to the problem. yesterday we were taking a corner at 15 mph and I heard a lot of noise coming from the driver side rear. after we rounded the corner the car started shaking very badly at 25. got into the in laws driveway. I noticed that two of the lugs busted off at the hub. their is a ton of rust on the 32mm bolt that holds the hub on. I don't have the tools to remove it. can I replace the lugs without taking the hub off? anyway to remove the parking brake so I can install the two lugs? all information is greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.
