Hello all

So as a Jeep TJ owner, I love my jeep.

So a few weeks back I hit some black ice in my wife's Hyundai Elantra and totaled the thing.

So we were looking for used cars with good gas mileage. My wife didn't find any thing she loved.

On Friday I heard an Advertisement for a well equipped patriot in the price point that we were looking at used cars for.

On Saturday my wife fell in love with a Blue Steel 08 Patriot, and we brought it home that night. I'm not a huge fan of automatic transmissions, but I have to say the CVT II is pretty sweet. It is a 4x2, wife is worried about Gas...but it's still a pretty sweet ride.

With a little one on the way, this is the perfect family car. I think in another year or two, after I hit at least 200,000 on my old TJ, I may have to trade it in for a Patriot, of coarse it would have to be totally pimped out and raised!!!

So from the TJ side, I just wanted to pop over here and introduce myself, and I'm sure I'll be over here with questions from time to time.
