Crow should taste a little better than chewing on your feet.

I just got these in the mail yesterday as well, although I wasn't happy with the fact that the jeep logo was non existant, the look, fit and feel of the mats was good. They are a definite upgrade over the paper ones that they put in their from the service department.

Yes, Jeepworld. I'm sorry I need to explain myself a little better and not just assume that everyone knows what I'm talking about. There's a little saying about assuming that I'm sure everyone knows.

Exact same ones. I don't think they were that bad for 65 bucks considering the ones for my audi were 90 something from what I remember. The paper ones lost their luster after i ripped one down the middle on that hook where the real floor mats are supposed to go.

They were expensive for me...
- Canadian dollar vs US price.
- 40 dollar brokerage fee (14% tax + duties + admin fee) <--- looking into this because it's seems too high.
- 20 dollar shipping.

Don't forget eBay!

At wife's insistence I bought some universal floor mats for $20 that after doing the standard trim don't look too bad and fit pretty good, in other words; they're functional for a whole lot less money. I'll try and get some pics this week end.

I picked up these vent Visors on ebay last night. There are a few things starting to show up there now. These are just the photos from ebay, they're not on my Compass yet.

Just now I picked up the Sport Bars, Mopar part # 82209622, for about $30 less than local including tax. Wrong picture on eBay (Libby), right part number.

Sometimes called roof rail cross bars. Mine are due to arrive on the 12th. I'll post some shots and installation details shortly after that, weather permitting. I will probably leave them off except for treasure hunts.

Slush mats for the "Frugal".

These are the $20, Auto-Expressions Universal Slush Mats that I picked up at the local Menard's store (kinda, sorta like a Home Depot, Lowe's and the like). Custom fit - NO; Jeep Logo - NO; Adequate - YES. Part number 5070044 - Black, also available in Beige and Gray.

Also available at:

AAFES' Aid Auto Stores. Auto Barn Stores. AutoZone, Bass Pro Shops, Benny's, Fred Meyer, GI Joe, Kmart, Meijer, Pamida, Shopko and Wal-Mart.
