Dipping

Ok fellow pat owners. I have completed the front grill dip. I want to show you the before and after shots. Me being a half a century old but still young at heart thinks this is $%&@ing BAD ***!!!! I am buying stock in plastidip as soon as possible! I have my Son turned on to this as well on his dodge truck. Looking now for lights to mount.
Btw - this is a 07 pat sport. You all know using the word "sport" know what trans and engine I have so the details are not necessary.

Looks good... I'm thinking I might test this out on my Natural Green Patriot. How long did this take to do? did you just tape off the grill from the inside?

Im a big supporter of plastic dip. I dipped my wheels and badges on my 13 Pat, minus the Jeep emblem. My next project for dip would be to put something on the hood or do the entire grill.

I have had my wheels and badges dipped for about 6 months now. No flaking at all but I did have a rip while going through a drive through McD's and a simple paint thinner and rubber glove smoothed out the rip and respray. Best thing since sliced bread.Lol

Your looks great!!! Yeah, I just dipped my rims with plasti dips. Amazing what a few hours and 30$ will do for. Totally changed the look of my Patriot.

You can buy the cans at home depot, Lowes, and Walmart. 6$ a can. For wheels, I used the attached method from this guy on you tube. Well worth it.
