Coolant Temperture remain at 1st quater all the time?

I have a 2007 jeep, after it warmmed up, the coolent temperture always remain at the first quater at the coolent gauge. Is that normal?

Yup. That was discussed in another thread but I'm too lazy to look for it. How many miles do you drive it after it warms up? Mine moves up just past the 1/4 mark in about 5 to 10 miles but it's nothing to worry about with this cold weather we're having.
