Compass Rallye - Page 4

Give me the slanted grill from the Startech Compass plus what I quickly altered below. Rear door handles moved and D pillar smaller/more glass. I also took just a bit off the front by the headlights to make it look less upright, more like the Startech grill may make it look.

My dealer called me today and said that my compass rallye is on its way to Buffalo by rail and it will be 4-5 days from Buffalo to the dealer by truck....so i am guessing the end of next week/beginning of the week after next.

I don't know if mine would be part of that same shipment they are talking about, but I'm in northern Delaware, not too far from NY...my dealership also said they've already got the VIN # and expected the jeep to be delivered in the next few weeks. Hopefully my rallye won't be far behind yours.

Well let find out.
The last few numbers of mine are 2701.
Now we can see if they are twins lol.

This is my wish list:
K&N air intake....had one on my wrangler, removed it since i am trading and i feel like i wont make it passing someone
Bug deflector/Rain guards...I think those will look good against the red and black wheels (opinions?)
tonneau cover

My only regret is not getting the EVIC (my original thought was that it was another sensor to go out)

So i called jeep today and its still in JB status and has been there since the 1st?????
But the dealer said its on its way to Buffalo?

Any intakes on that

There is a black one at the local stealership. It looks good the black on black is sweet. My problem is why can't Jeep really make it a Rally Jeep. I was stoked when I heard Jeep was making the compus because I thought it was going to be an STI/EVO or at least WRX fighter. Why not make it an AWD turbo, toss the CVT slushbox and throw in a 6-speed and I'll be the first in line to pick one up

i remember when i ordered my compass last oct, it was in D stauts for 10 weeks, finally i made the dealer find me MY compass from a dealer in NJ

It sounds like at least some of the Rallye parts are put on by a vendor and it will ship as soon as they are done with it. They can sit in "D" status forever but this one really is just about ready to go. I think that being patient would really pay off this time.

I stopped at the dealer today and the district manager for jeep was there yesterday and said that JB is because of the rallye package and the extra body details. The manager called the DM to see if he can put a rush on it as I am going to PA next weekend....so lets all hope.

Dealer called and he said the the DM said that they are going to try and ship it today if not then monday, we are cutting this close so i may have to postpone my trip

KZ status as of june 14 at 8pm

so if all goes well it should be on the train as we speak
