Compass a good buy?

Greetings!

Well I have posted a few times in the JK and TJ sections cause I currently own those but now my sister is thinking of buying a Compass. She loves the look but neither of us know much about them. Are they good quality for the money? Good city car for a daily driver? Anyone have any major issues with them? Just kinda looking for a # outta 10 review or something. Sadly she is in a rush to buy a vehicle and I dont have the time to help her too much.

Let me know what you think of them please, thank you all in advance!

12,000 miles and still loving it. Using it as a daily commuter. Just regular oil changes.

Your garage isn't big enough!

Still lovin' mine after 42.5K. Neighbor loves her 4x4, CVT Sport too. She's getting 29 mpg. Great in the snow!

Really enjoy my 07 Compass Limited, the 4X4 with CVT after 42K miles. Averaging about 24.5 mpg with my commute to work. Only issue I've had was a check engine light a few months back that the dealer took care of at no charge. I'd get another one in a moment.

Not really, nothing consistant, just some isolated things here and there. Answered here, too: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f98/general-questions-about-compass-678852/ Many were fixed by TSB's.

Wife has one and she likes it. She misses her grand cherokee limited but likes her compass for what it is. Its a great for its size. Great in the New Hampshire snow and the summer. Gets great MPGs as well.
