The only thing that I can find on this has to do with a Rallye Body Kit.

Mopar is now offering new body kits for both the Caliber and Compass. Mopar body kits give these already aggressively styled vehicle an even more substantive appearance.

As part of the body kit, Dodge Caliber SE and SXT models get the R/T model trim components, plus a black side sill and front air dam. A rear spoiler that’s larger than the production spoiler and painted to match the vehicle is also included in the kit.

The Jeep® Compass “Rallye” model includes a unique front fascia with pedestal lamps, unique rocker panel moldings and rear fascia, body color tail lamp guards, spoiler and unique wheels and tires that are as large as can be properly installed.

From the pics posted on the link that you gave they look like they have the rallye lights mounted on them but no real listing of the parts included. Guess we'll have to wait for more info.

I've been wanting the Rallye kit and just got around to stopping in to my usual bodyshop. My guy said he'd have it installed and painted including the lights for $1800. Not too bad but bad enough when there's no dough.
