Brand new blue bucket

Hello, I am new to the MK world and really don't post up often on the forums, so I thought I would introduce myself. I generally only come on here when things are broken and need advise. But this time I figured I would post up the old & new ride. With a long daily commute it was time to get something a little better on gas but I wanted to keep it in the Jeep family.
Yesterday I picked up a 2013 Patriot Latitude FDII. Unfortunately, I could not keep the XJ and so I sold it to a local guy. Hopefully, I won't see it around town because I am a bit butt sore for about the sale still.

old XJ:

I probably will be doing the Rocky's lift on it soon. I was also looking at putting on a 16X8 cragar soft 8 wheels. Backspacing 5", and offset +13. Matched with a 245/70-16 tire.
Question is will it rub?

Thanks - Damon
