Anyone Know Where to Hook up the MP3 player in the compass

hi, the gf just got her compass and she got the 6 disc mps player radio, the question is, where in the heck do you plug the mp3 player into to play it on the radio? Weve been looking for hours without luck!

The 6 disc changer doesn't have the AUX input for MP3's - it will however play cd's of MP3's

The single disc AM/FM unit has the AUX input on it

Or I think you can buy an Ipod integration cable or something to add...

the 6 disc radio doesnt have an input for an external player.

you can copy the MP3s to a CD (keep them in MP3 format, IOW burn it as a data disc) and it will play them directly. you can fit like 100s of mps on a CD.

EDIT: beat me too it lol.

Peripheral Electronics makes two adapters for Chrysler 2005+ can-bus radios- the CHYP (Ipod interface) and the CHYX- one or two (depending on radio) auxiliary inputs. They run about $90 and do require removal of the radio to get to the plugs on the back of the radio.

I bike therefore I work.
