Any help getting rid of door panel rattles?

I love my '08 Compass, but at low speeds and on rough roads the upper part of the door panel rattles like crazy. Any ideas on silencing it?

My drivers side rear door and I just shoved down on the top of the panel a few times and it finally quit. I HATE rattles!

just stuff a small towel down in the panel or something. also folded up pieces of paper work well in those real small spots- just enough to space it out a bit

On something 10 years old I'd say "maybe" but on something newer that's not How I would go. Things are still new enough to fit right.

I had a vibration rattle sort of a buzz on the drivers side door. It turned out to be the the door lock push button; I wrapped some black electrical tape around the button and the buzz is mostly gone.
