Adding bluetooth to compass radio (outside US)

My parents apparently just bought a Jeep Compass (I'm guessing latest model). They sent me a picture of the radio it came with which I'm attaching to this post. They want to add bluetooth to it and I'm wondering what the easiest way to do that is? I know on the Grand Cherokee you used to be able to get some lockpick device to turn that feature on, but that was with the mygig nav radio, they don't have that on their compass. Anyways they asked the dealer and they said $1500 for bluetooth which seems really high to me. Is there a better option? I can't really do much from here other than ask for pictures and maybe some model numbers but hopefully that will be enough.

Thank you.
