2010 Jeep Patriot Heater issue

My heater seems to be slowly going out. It started when the first and second levels for air began to have zero output. Then the third level stopped working. Now, the air/heat will only come on when the system is on full blast. Could this be due to a dirty air filter or is it something more?

Do you mean to say that the blower only works on high?

Resistor pack. Probably located behind the glovebox.

Ours started blowing smoking into the cabin. It was the switch console. Before going it was only low and high. Nothing in between.
It was under warranty.
