2009 Patriot Lt. rear upper control arm bushing loose

Having had an out-of-province inspection in Alberta, I was failed due to loose rear upper control arm bushing. Confused by Jeep and the dealership (Chev) where had inspection done. I'm being told can only get part from Jeep and that cannot purchase the bushing without the arm. They are quoting me $408 for the part and between 1-6.5 hrs to replace the part.
Does anyone have advice on where I can get a cheaper part (after market) and how long it should be to replace said part? The kicker is I have until November 30/13 to get it done!

Looks like the part will run you less than 70 bucks US. (no idea what that is in CN$.) its not a hard part to get to/replace, at least I didn't think it was too bad. Never listen to a dealer about where you can get a part from. Dealers lie to you the second you step on their lot to the moment you die (since they keep calling you long after you get rid of the vehicle).
