I had mentioned something like that before in some other thread. Kinda the old fashion way of doing it. Running a power lead from the battery to a separate fuse block and by-passing the TIPM all together. If it doesn't go threw the computer there is nothing to read that it's wrong. You'll also have to by-pass the headlight switch but still run tail, turn and brake lights too. Could be kinda of messy. The separate fuse block would work fine for auxiliary lights though.

Have you no interest in the SilverStars or just don't wanna because you have $xx tied up in the HID's. I do understand and I wish that I had a quick fix , but I don't. Really sorry.

would i be able to use Hella H13 Xenon High Performance Blue bulbs on my 2008 patriot without the computer going crazy

Yes they will work. Those Hella's are 60/55 watt high/low beam. The SilverStars are 65/55 watt.

does any body know how to connect the hids to the heated seats fuse on the 2008 patriot and keep the lights on all the time
