2007 Patriot speakers

Hey everyone.

Is there a special wiring harness I need to purchase to replace the 6x9's? Just want to make sure I have the equipment I need to do it correctly.

I can redneck rig anything, just would like to do this one right.

You can buy speaker adapters to plug in to the factory plugs, but it takes a certain mix of educated guessing and luck to get the right ones. Truth be told, I think you're better off just midstripping the speaker wire before the plug.

Sounds like a plan. I'm good with doing that. Just didn't know if there was a way to match it plug for plug.

Crutchfield.com includes the correct adapter if you order the 6 x 9 from them and fill out your vehicle info. Otherwise they are like $10 from them.

so next thing... ya'll think there is 6x9's all the way around or 6 1/2's in the front? Jeep isn't in my possession at moment and I want to go ahead and order it so it will be here...
