07 Patriot All windows dead

Hey guys, I normally post in the WJ Forums but tomorrow I have a friend coming by with his wifes 2007 Patriot. He says the power windows (all of them) are dead stuck in the full up position. Fuses all check good. Just curious if these are controlled by a PCI bus like the WJ's or use a BCM etc, and if there is a common issue to look for. I am an electrical engineer among other things so wont be too hard to figure out with the Fluke, however figured I would ask the team first :-).

Once we have the correct code I can get in to more detail.

Set Condition: for either Diagnostic code B18BB (Low Current @ TIPM) or B191D (Over Current @ TIPM)

B18BB:
When the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) senses a draw of between 65 and 100 amps for 80 ms., this code will set.

B191D:
When the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) senses a draw of over 35 amps for over 120 ms. on the F981 Ignition Switch Output circuit, this code will set.

NOTE: The most probable cause for this DTC to set is that the driver held all four window switches down for an extended period of time thereby causing the high side driver, in the TIPM, to overheat and cut out. Once the high side driver is opened, it will remain open until the next key cycle. However, the code will remain as stored.

Possible Causes:
(F981) IGNITION SWITCH OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND

ALL FOUR WINDOW SWITCHES HELD DOWN FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME

DRIVER POWER WINDOW SWITCH

TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (TIPM)

The code would stay in the computer but the windows should be active. It could be the TIPM (expensive) or just a short to ground (cheap but time consuming). I did have a window hang up on mine long ago because the track wasn't straight. That could have caused an over current had I left it run long enough.
