XMitter mounting on winch rollerfairlead ...

Hi,

after mounting my winch on the original European bumper and using a synthetic rope I also have to use a "special" fairlead for that rope.

No good looking and working possibility to mount additional lights on it

That`s how it looks until yet:

Now I thought maybe there is a possibility to mount lights on the original rollerfairlead - this must be a good place but there is still the problem using synthetic rope and a rollerfairlead

After searching a little while I found these "Delrin" Rollers for using a synthetic rope with the original rollerfairlead of my Warn winch

So after putting all the things "together" this is the actual result - not finished but on the way...

a clooser look:

more clooser:

I will post some pics after finishing my work including the new license plate holder - also some pics when it is night.

Forgot to tell you - it is the Xmitter from Vision - Type XIL-320: 18" !

Hope you like it and my english is understandable !?

Greetings from Germany

Looking very nice! I mounted a 12 incher nearly the same way, with some custom mounts attached to the fairlead. I've had it there for about 9 months or so, and have had no problems whatsoever.

Nah-- that guy standing in the picture is just short

You can see in the lower right hand corner of that second pic, another bit of an Xmitter. I've got a 42 incher too that I have been holding of off installing. I think I finally decided where it'll go. Posts in the next few weeks!

I am just loving that bright yellow Ruby of yours. It looks great!
