XMitter and mount - How I made it

Okay - I wanted my XMitter to be in front of the frame, not on top. Being this is impossible with the mounts provided by Vision X, I had to make a mount. Here it is and what I did. I also provided a Solidworks EDrawing file that you can download where you can get all of the dimensions, rotate it and see my comments. THis way, you can make it yourself. If you don't have access to a machine shop, I may be inclined to make one for you. You have to download the free e-viewings drawer from Solidworks to see this file. THe viewer can be downloaded from here:
Edrawings Viewer

The CAD file containing the mount to download is here (it's a very small file):
DOwnload XMitter mount drawing

Anyways, here are some photos and such.

I didn't post these photos because they too wide for the forum and will make all the other stuff go off the screen. Here is the CAD drawing of the mount:

The drawing can ve viewed here

Sweet. Very clean install. Great job. Are you going to paint the mount black or leave as is?

Eventually, I will have it black anodized, hard coated. I was getting so much flack about posting the pics, I didn't spend the time to send it out to have it done.
