Yes but it's pretty expensive to get a pre-fabed winch plate that fits. Almost as much as a new winch bumper. If you're handy you can get a generic plate from harbor freight (many write ups on here) and cut your bumper and make that work.

On a previous vehicle, I bought a winch and winch plate from CostCo. You possibly could fab that up to work???

Yes, RC has this winch plate Jeep JK Winch Mount which is a good option.
Some guys have done a complete custom job and mounted the winch inside the bumper but this takes allot of work and fabrication skills.

Harbor Freight have a winch plate for around $40 that works. You have to do a lot of cutting on the stock bumper though. I did that with mine until I got a real bumper.

If you know of a local welding/fab shop, have them cut you some 1/4" plate to the size you want, and drill your own holes. Just an option, it's always good to get to know those kinds of shops. IMHO.
