The where is completely up to you. There are a ton of options there. Check out the Jeep JK Light Mounts page for some options and ideas.

The how is only slightly more complicated. Most lights will come with a harness including a relay (if lights aren't LED) and even a switch. It's up to you to route the wires, mount the switch and connect everything up.

There are a bunch of threads on here that include wiring write-ups so do some reading before you jump in.

In a lotta states, you have to have any LEGAL driving lights mounted below stock headlights ctr and no more than 4 lights total !

They must be 55 watts, or less
