Where do you mount the CB?
this may already exist, but the search feature does not work well with two letter words such as JK and CB!
I am not seeing my space in my JK, and would like to find the perfect spot for the CB.

I do not have a pic but I mounted a cobra 75 base under the center consule behind the shifter. I ran the mic hook up out the consule down beside the passengers legs. It hangs on the grab bar by way of a velcro strap. As far as the CB itself, it is nothing to write home about....

I have a Cobra 75 with a "Bullfrog" mount to the right of my radio. I used the "Cooltech" antenna mount. So far, this set up has worked well for me.

I have the small Cobra 19. It sits on my center dash. I put a piece of that white plastic type velcro on the mounting base and another on the dash. Hasn't moved.

Mine's inside my center console. Fits like a glove. I'll put a picture up tomorrow or this weekend. Best part is I can close the console and run the speaker to my stereo speakers through the aux cable. Works fantastic.

Got my radio gear mounted overhead....(Sorry for the dirty windshield..)
The mike cords are not blocking my view, they blend into the passenger side "A" pillar..so I have a clean shot through the windshield... ![]() |
