What are these dohickies?

I found these two objects in my glove compartment.
Hard grey plastic shapped like a suction cup 1.5 inches in diameter with a hexagon end. It looks like a 1/4 inch thread running thru it.
Any ideas?

That's to secure your carpet in the foot wells.


Look up towards the engine. You'll see where they go. Flat part sits against carpet. You'll see tabs they fit over
