My new 2014 JK Wrangler Sport Has Dana 44 in rear with 3.73 axle ratio, Dana 30 on front, 16 inch x 7 inch steal wheels. How big can I Go with out putting on a lift?

Your title says wheels, do you mean tires?

What's the difference between the sport and the rubi, besides price? In reference to tires

16" rims with P225/75R16 tires VS 17" rims with LT265/70R17E tires that are interchangeable.

33s with stock fenders and the proper wheel fitment.

35s with flat fenders.

Assuming the most common width to those heights/diameters, which runs between 11.2" to 12.5".
