If you do get a 2008-2010 JK then budget to re-gear running 35's for sure. 5.13 or 5.38 if automatic transmission.

I've been reading up on rehearing and definitely have that figured in to the budget once I drive it with the lift/tires for a bit to feel it out. It will definitely be an automatic and haven't seen consensus on 5.13 or 5.38.

Agree with this guy. As long as you have a rubi. If no d44 id go 5.13 Auto and 4.88 Manual.
