I put my new 35s on the jeep to make sure the wheels fit over the calipers and they do

So I am putting on a BB and 35s tomorrow.

Almost done with my Herculiner install.. What a lot of work.

Still need to wait 24hrs for it to cure so I can put the interior back together.

hey evil trollic i got two questions...
Are you worried about the door not sealing well down the road because of how far you put the liner to the seam/door sill?
Second: How long did that take you and how much? It looks really good btw

Well, I was originally going to only do the bottom of the door jam and up a few inches. When I was scuffing all the surfaces I wasn't thinking and I went a bit higher so I said the hell with it and went all the way.

The gasket on the door is pretty thick and I only put them on in the winter, So I'm not worried at all. I'll let you know how they seat after it cures but I don't expect any problems.

I did it in 2 sessions basically:

maybe 2 hours to strip out the interior
maybe 1 or 2 hours to scuff everything
another couple of hours just masking everything off,

the first coat took a couple of hours to put on.. I then let it sit, that last week after work and it was getting dark. I was using a flashlight to desperately finish the first coat. now its a few days later and I did a second coat today, had to re-mask everything since you need to remove the tape before it drys.

The herculiner kit is $80 ($100 with a $20 mail in rebate) you'll end up using a full can.
