Installed Smoked tail lights (I cant find red bulbs so I used amber, it may be illegal) and smoked turn signals, it came with the side markers but Im runnin fenderless so I did not use them... Also installed GA front tag and fog lights on my fender brackets (just some cheapos from wally world so I did not take pics, but they work pretty good!)... Pics... The last pic is just with the running lights on... Brake lights are much brighter...

Replaced the 2007 RES stereo with one from a 2010 JK (thanks labgeek!). Had to "upgrade" it out to get the uConnect/iPod adapter to work. iPod functionality is now working great. I will take it to the dealer tomorrow for the StarScan to get the Bluetooth stuff working.

Finally got my TUFFY under seat drawer from Northridge! It was a cinch to install other than the two bolts that you have to remove felt like they had been welded in. I would recommend that everyone get one of these, it is very well made and seems to be very secure.

Cool. I didn't know about these. Just ordered one from Northridge myself. I've been thinking about it. And if the rest of you are looking, it's actually called the concealed carry drawer... perfect!

Finally put my soft top on today!

And after the last few days of heat, I was chilled driving home tonight as the temps dropped into the 60's

Put my new wheels and tires on! No more small donuts. I got Black Rock soft 8's, 16x8. The tires are Goodyear Duratracs 285/75R16. No rubbing on these at all with no lift.

ive always liked black rock rims a lot. it seems a ton of people go with steel wheels.. i always thought that was older school and a lot heavier than alloy. I guess its a truck/jeep thing.. looks killer tho.

Went out this morning to find that my spare was gone
Luckily it is still the stock wheel and not the new ones that are in my kitchen
Went to the police station filed a report, called the insurance co. filed a claim!
Ironically the splined lug-nuts that I ordered on monday are in the UPS truck and should be here tomorrow.
I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing I'll let you know when I find out what the insurance is going to pay.
The original plan was to sell the set of 5 wheels on ebay to help buffer the new tire cost.

Did a little more wiring for my roof rack. Hope to install the switches to night.
