Is that only as strong as the dash? Seems kind of pointless, unless I'm missing something?

Drove in the rain today for the first time with no Fenders no spray on the windshield just driving only when turning.

Built Not Bought #640

1976ish cj5 304 t18 d20 2.5" lift

some year YJ custom frame HP D60 14 bolt 4 linked front rear FI 350 700r4 NP231c

2009 JK 4 door 2.5" lift 35" tires custom bumpers mile marker 9500# winch

Thanks Mol. I just taped into the original 3rd brake lime cable. So it was not too hard to get power to the lights

Most aftermarket JK cages use a thick, flat plate strong point down the side of your dash (that also serves as a fancy side dash cover) and leads to the bottom of the tub to complete the cage.

BTW, Mol, I'm checking out your thread for the fuel cell upgrade, you got any pics of the added clearance without the stock tank below?

Yeah that just seems silly to me, bit if it ties down through the tub it makes more sense

I don't think I have any good ones...I have been meaning to put together a write up to take the confusion out of the part numbers...I'll try and get to that today and snap a few more pics

Fixed two problems; kept the rock rash from turning to rust and significantly improved the look vs the stupid silver the wheels came in.
