I'll look again in the am but I you need to fold the top a bit more boss. My wife has become an expert on the matter and says your cross member is getting caught on your roll bar. She always helps me with mine. Hands don't work as good as they used too. Hope that helped.

When you fold back the first section there are two folds. To do it right i just kept checking YouTube. Lots of great helpful vids there.

Same happened to me at first. To fix it, pull back the soft top material folded between the tubing. Pull the current fold and create a smaller section by folding on itself again. This will free up the tubes and they will lay flatter and even tuck down into the tub just slightly.

You need to fold this part the opposite way.
