he's young, it's probably more to do with the heavy foot than anything else. I had a lot heavier foot when I was 20 something.

Edit: Ha, thinking about it I had a heavier foot before gas went over $4 a gallon.

Just an idea- for more security on the Torx, buy some slightly longer bolts, drill a hole near the bottom tip crossways, and add a cotter pin or castle nut arrangement. Can't unscrew, can't steal!
I just keep the doors unlocked and the jeep empty. I might run an ignition kill switch just for those crafty basTURDS

Tuffy! (because of above)

Inspired by Neoxxis... Phase 1: Wood.

Phase 2: marine-grade rug or rhino-liner? It's pressure-treated, but the boat guys say use epoxy (@$45/quart) under the rug (@$17/foot). Will bedliner stick to PT wood? Please advise...
We're the doors locked? If so, that was the first mistake. Of not, the thief was an idiot.

I don't have a heavy foot. I don't enjoy going fast in my jeep in Kansas the cross winds are something terrible.
I think it has something to do with the fact that I drive 80 miles or so on the highway everyday

Yeah that'll do it. Especially if the highway is rough old worn pretty bad. Driving from ft hood to Austin i do pretty decent. If I'm driving on the local highways that are ripped up for repair its about a tank per week

Made an appointment with the dealer to replace the Wireless Control Module in the Jeep so the clock will no longer lose time. (Hopefully!)
