What did you do at the front of the board vertically behind the seats?
Nothing (yet). I was going to build another panel and attach it to the top shelf with angle brackets. Or hinges so I can still carry long stuff. But that'll cost me some more plywood and rug.

Just now, I got an idea of using some quickdraws (climbing gear) under the deck to hold the back seats in place. Easily unhooked from inside. Can't fold, can't steal!

Just an idea- for more security on the Torx, buy some slightly longer bolts, drill a hole near the bottom tip crossways, and add a cotter pin or castle nut arrangement. Can't unscrew, can't steal!

Noop. I gotta be able to turn them myself- the deck is secured by the six hardtop screws. Any retention method has to work from below the nut plates.

Wow. I'm not sure how that could be.

Excellent idea. Retaining pins or linch pins would make it easier to remove while retaining the security since they would be underneath.
