Believe me I'm trying.
Going to look at the trackbar tonight and loosen/re-torque it on the ground. Installing a bigger steering damper too.
Also going to rotate the tires around to pre-DW setup.
I'm getting to the end of my rope!

Not TO my JK, as much as FOR my JK....

I had an old suction-cup style mount from a broken GPS, an old broken tripod and an idea.

Voila!

This won't be much use if I try and slap one of my DSLR bodies and long lens on it, but it is fine for a small video camera, or an SLR body with a short, wide lens.

It's too late out right now, my video gadget doesn't do real well in low light, but I will post a sample video tomorrow.

Video

The mount was a success but the camera is a failure. I need to get a camera with image stabilization if I am going to shoot video from the dash.

No need to be scared.... it is 4 bolts.

It would be a waste of money to pay someone to do it.

I straightened my steering wheel a tad, it was a little off after my lift a while ago. Didnt set off any warning, just annoying to hold the wheel a hair off on straights.

I also adjusted my toe-in some. I had a slight vibration in my steering wheel after adding my 35" tires and never got a proper alignment. Its just about gone now!

This site is great. I dont know what people did before the internet, no wonder my dad spent half of his life out in the driveway under cars.
