I just wipe my interior down with a damp cloth and then use Aerospace 303 on everything.

ArmorAll cleaning wipes. Good at picking up the dust...for a few days. Then it gets dusty again as I'm currently doorless/topless.

I have a dash cover. Take it off a couple of times a year and give it a good shake.
