Well level lift shock question

I have searched the forum and think I found the answer but I am not sure. I am looking at putting on a Teraflex Performance Leveling Kit (new springs front and rear) in the spring time. I looked at the instructions and they don't say anything about needing new shocks. I am pretty sure I don't for the leveling kit. I am planing on replacing the shocks at the same time anyhow. So should I stay with stock size shocks or get a different size? If so what size?

Thanks
Mike

No, generally for a leveling kit you would not increase bumpstop which means your shocks have to have the same compressed length. So use the same size as stock. If for some reason you increased bump stop, perhaps to fit bigger tires, then you could move to a longer shock to gain down-travel.

Thanks I was not sure when shocks would need to be up sized. I am sort of new to lifting and leveling. I am just going for a little better stance along with a winch bumper so I figure the spring level would be best form what I have read.
