The 3.8 is actually quite easy to replace. I got a complete motor and swapped over the accessories. Actually garage time was only about 12-15 hours from start to finish. Hardest part was getting the top tranny bolts out along with getting to the connectors behind the engine, pretty stuffed in there. I got mine from a member on here for 800 bucks with 24k on the odometer.(mine had 85 when it blew.) Let me know if you need any info.
