Wasted $$$$$..... What Mods Are Not Worth It!!!!
If you have done a mod thats not worth it post it here and help save the rest us us some bucks. Mine I put on bushwacker pocket flares. They are ok but going thru narrow trails they are like big wings that catch every branch. Glad I didnt have them painted. I think money would have been better spent with a better lift. I also should have gotten a ruby to start.

A Banks cat back was a waste. Shouldve just bought a Magnaflow muffler or something similar.

Black Diamond lift that I had initially was the worst p.o.s. I have spent money on in my entire life.

Rugged Ridge Mirror Relocators for JK $70. couldn't hardly see out of my mirrors with them on so I took them off
Like many others I bought a simple round mirror from Harley for less than 20 bucks and threaded it through the upper door hinge of the driver side (couldn't see out of it too well either but at least I don't have to move my mirrors back and forth every summer and now I'm street legal) Also, you lose the ability to tilt your mirror inward while going through tight trails wit the relocator

I haven't personally bought a cold air intake for a wrangler but don't waste your money there either
If you want zero performance and this risk of getting sand and dirt in there be my guest

Ya the CAI is no help to wranglers, most engines have restricted airflow which is why a CAI can help but to my understanding a Wrangler is not restricted so it doesn't help your power. Also, without the factory filter you're going to get all kinds of debris in there once you remove it.
As far as thie mirrors go check out this thread http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f9/harley-mirrors-installed-435073/

Bigger tires and a lift. They are horrible! They make your Jeep look and perform even better than stock....just a tragedy.

Wow tons of mirrors on ebay. Will basicly any of the mirriors work? Kinda going with a skull theme on my jeep and those skull mirrors are sick.

That hood application that everyone thinks looks like a Hummer. Nah, I don't have that, but I remember seeing it for the first time and thought about buying it. I was just wanting to add any kind of mods I could at the time. I came to my senses about a few days later and thought that was the ugliest thing you could do to your Jeep. Also serves absolutely 0 purpose.
