i have a warrior rack and nerf bars. i have to remove, sand, paint and replace them 3 times so far, in 2 years. my rack is nearly rotted through in 2 years. initially i liked the rack but it looks horrible now. i even used marine paint on it last time, but i think the cancer is coming from inside.

good luck. if you scrape them up offroad keep this in mind.
