Warn Winch / License Plate Issue

Added Warn winch to my 2013 Jeep Rubicon. In adding the winch to the front of the Jeep, it has taken away the place where the front license plate is supposed to be (New York state requires a front license plate) located. Does anyone know if there is something available to attach the license plate to the front bumper or winch.

ditto - I cut a piece of heavy plastic the shape of the plate and bolted on two flashlight clips on the back that snap onto the roller fairlead...would not work on synthetic line fairlead. There is one on quadratec I think that flips up...
