Unlock and the horn honks

I turned the horn honking off when you remote lock the doors because I think it is annoying. Now every once in a while it honks when I unlock it. Of course never when I take it to the dealer. Now it also squirts the windshield washer a little when it honks. The dealer says they can not find anything.

Anyone else have this????

this means the alarm has sensed a disturbance, if it honks twice then your alarm has gone off while you were away.

I swear these dealers do not even know the vehicles they are selling!

hope that helps for the horn thing but that squirting...hmmm not sure, that's really funky!

If you lock the jeep with the fob and unlock the jeep with the key, it will sense a alarm fault and start honking the horn and the whole works. My wife drives a dodge and it embarrassed her to death at school while picking up the kids the first day. Either you have to hit the unlock button or place the key in the ignition and start it to get it to shut off. Also if you sit in the car and wait for an extended period of time and then try to get out it can alarm. I guess this is for the people that leave the windows down alot so the car can detect someone is entering it. I just wish they would leave all that crap off the cars and just put better locks and maybe a hoodlock on.
