Under Seat Storage - Front Seat

Has anyone installed one of these. Looks like Tuffy and Best Top make one. Wondering which is better, and why? Thanks...

I have the Tuffy box and it is very beefy. When you close it, it sounds like a safe closing. I went with the Tuffy mainly because of their reputation. They have been making security products for a long time, whereas Bestop makes, well, soft tops.

I can't speak for the Bestop version, though. It is made out of the same steel, so it may be just as good.

I have and use the Tuffy lock box. Great storage for wallet when wheelin' and gps and other items. Of course here in AZ sometimes it's necessary to leave your gun in the car while in some stores and this is the box for secure storage.

I just bought one of the new Bestop boxes and it is the same size as the Tuffy. It's made of 14 ga. material and is quite heavy. Has a nice lock. I haven't tried to take the key out when it's unlocked and don't care whether it comes out or not. I don't have any complaint about it and would buy another.
