Track bar relocation bracket?? Pics inside!!!

I bought this axle online and when I received it there is a large bracket where the trackbar meets up and Im not quite sure about it. Im not sure what brand it is and if its any count? I have a rear JKS adjustable track bar and I currently use and JKS rear track bar bracket seen here http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JKS-R...Q5fAccessories

I was wondering if I should scrap the bracket that is currently on here and get a JKS brace as seen above.

fyi i have an X with 3" of lift and 35's currently running a d44 with 3.73 and the new to me axle is a d44 rubicon take off with 5:13's

I don't remember what lift I saw that on. But, yes...get rid of it and get an adj track bar.

There's no reason to eliminate that bracket unless you are going to replace it with a weld on bracket that fits your lift better.
You say you have a three inch lift, I would cut the top hole off and just use the bottom or add one lower.
You will have better handling if you use a bracket that raises the roll center.
My bracket is raised 3" and makes the track-bar close to horizontal.
This also helps to minimize the axle shift due to changes in cargo weight.

Edit; On second look that is higher than I thought and it might not be possible to drill it low enough!

Yes that is exactly what I would do, I would put the JKS brace on.... I welded one on the axle I have now

It looks like that bracket that is for a 4-6" lift using the stock track bar. I would say just remove it and use your adj JKS bar.

I agree it is the AEV track bar tower. It is for 3.5" or 4.5" lifts but only works with the bent track bar shipped with the kits otherwise you may contact the exhaust.

Just an observation for you, it looks like the lower CA brackets have been cut with the shock and sway-bar mounts and raised.
