TPM error & not accelerating on rebuilt engine

Just had my engine replaced and getting a "TPM" error and it is not accelerating properly. ??

Soooooo.....take it back to installer IMO. If you are referring to the TPM(S), then it has little or nothing to do with engine acceleration.
