tow package?

What is the difference between the jeep with the tow package does it have a bigger radiator or is it just the tow hitch and wiring on a six speed? Any help would be appreciated.

Tow package gives you the hitch, wiring, different gears, and no rear tow hook.

Has no effect on radiator or transmission.

Unfortunately, they give you the cheesy flat four connector instead of the nice 7 pin connector that they sell as an add-on for $110 or whatever.

Mine came with the towing package and it had the 7 pin round type connector. I wish the towing package included a larger transmission cooler for the automatic for added peace of mind.

And does it magically extend wires into the tow vehicle as necessary for trailer reverse lights, electric brake controller, and an auxiliary hot wire for accessories?
