TIPM Module

2007 Wrangler X (JK) My drivers side taillight and front running lights aren't working. I figured it was grounded out somewhere. Couldn't find it anywhere. So while I had it in the dealership I had them check it out. They told me the TIPM Module was bad that it had a dead wire in it. This is the only problem I have. They say it's $577 for a new one plus $150 to install and program. Is there anyway around this? Can I wire over from the passenger side and make the lights work or is replacing the TIPM my only option? Thanks.

There was thread on this the other day. Here is a link to it.

As for running a wire around the bad section I would have to see where the bad section where there is a will there is a way.
