Thumbs up for a Smittybilt SRC Rock Armor / Slider

I looked and looked and would happily purchased a similar US product, but I couldn't find one. I love the look of it and I like the little "steps" that are welded in and though I seriously considered the Ace, I liked the Smitty look better..

I know a lot of people have trouble and I was very wary. I took the 8 bolts out on each side and did a quick test fit using a floor jack to hold the rock armor in place. It bolted right up on both sides. I don't think it took me more than 30 minutes total.

So here's ONE thumbs up for the company formerly known as ****tybilt.

Note that I don't plan on hammering the sides of the vehicle harshly. This is a preventative device in the event I get a little too carried away but primarily a good step for the wife and daughter. I'll post up a pic tomorrow when daylight returns.
